Ductile Stourbridge has a unique product range with manufacturing capabilities to produce cold rolled steel strip in thicknesses from 0.40mm (.0157") up to and including 8mm (0.315"). Combined with the facility to supply coils with an outside diameter of up to 1650mm (65"), we are able to offer a precision steel strip which ideally satisfies the demands of high volume component production worldwide.

We are producers of precision cold rolled steel strip. The range of equipment includes the most technically advanced computer controlled cold rolling mill linked to the latest SPC monitoring systems. Tolerances tighter than the normal specific process routes can be designed to satisfy the most difficult applications. STEEL SPECIFICATIONS Low carbon extra deep drawing qualities and up to 0.75% carbon, to BS, SAE, AISI, UNI, JIS, AFNOR, DIN and other recognised international specifications. Modifications to the analysis may be possible to give enhanced performance. HEAT TREATMENT Modern heat treatment furnaces enabling precise control of mechanical and physical properties.

SURFACE FINISHES Bright, matt. Full laboratory facilities including spark emission spectrometer, full mechanical tests, metallographic examination and heat treatment tests. APPLICATIONS Pressings, fine blanking, deep drawing, roll forming and fabricating, automotive components, domestic appliances, electrical hardware, computers and communications.
